Every client is different and every job is individually designed. We are not a one set up fits all kind of business. Our work is high end and every job entails many hours of planning, design and implementing to make it extra special for you. Therefore, our pricing reflects this, because there's so much customizing, we do not have set prices. 

We only offer whole set ups, no individual items can be rented. offer more basic set ups, perhaps you don't use linens, or china, less props. But a lot of our set ups require a truck load of props.

We are a styling business, we make everything look beautiful. We do offer add on favors and activities, but if you require event planning services such as event management, staffing, catering, entertainers, bars, cakes etc. We can make your life easier and manage this all for you, but we charge an extra fee.

The Set Up

On the day of set up, between two - four staff members will set up your event, it takes us approximately three hours to set up. We ask that the area is clean, cleared of furniture, clear of any animal droppings and the sprinkler system is off. Our tents can only be erected on a flat, grassed area. We are not responsible for moving your furniture. Break down will take place at the end of your event or next morning, This takes us approximately one hour and thirty minutes. Our items must be returned in the same, good condition. We are only responsible for breaking down our items, we do not clear away food or party trash. For a later breakdown a fee will be incurred.

Cancellation Policy

To secure a date we require a 40% deposit and the signing of a contract, the balance is due on the day of your event. For cancellations with more than 30 days notice, no fee is incurred. For cancellations between 15 to 29 days prior to your event, they will incur a 50% cancellation fee as most items will already be purchased for your event. Cancellation made within 14 days will not receive a refund. If your event can not 

A full refund will be granted up to thirty days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to an event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the event will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made due to weather conditions on the date of the event will receive a full refund excluding customization costs.

 All our linens and bedding are professional dry cleaned and all other items are disinfected or sanitized. We will then break down at the end of your event or next morning if you are having an evening event. For a later breakdown a fee will be incurred.
